The Prince of Tarts

We recently were invited to a friends' home for dinner. The hostess served delicious corned beef and cabbage with a tangy horseradish sauce on the side. The meal was wonderful. This young man, their youngest did manage to eat some of the meat, potatoes and bread but he was really waiting for dessert. My battery was low in my camera so I can't show you the lovely raspberry tart which was served but I am showing you one happy boy. He really got into eating his tart as evidenced by his whole body approach to eating : )
